SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Special orders, equipment, fitting requirements and supplier delays may take longer.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We will contact you about material delays or availability issues.

CALGARY PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY

Free pickup is available for eligible orders at our NW Calgary location, 4603 16 Ave NW.

In-stock pickup orders are normally prepared within one business day. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. NE pickup or other arrangements require confirmation with Calmedi.

Local delivery availability and charges depend on the product, address and service required. Review the product page and checkout, or contact Calmedi before ordering if a suitable option is unavailable.

HOSPITAL-BED RENTALS

Hospital-bed rentals require Calmedi delivery, setup and return collection. Customer self-pickup is not available.

The listed weekly and four-week rental prices include the $250 standard service fee: $125 for delivery/setup and $125 for return collection, before applicable taxes. This same standard fee must not be charged again as additional shipping.

Upper-floor or basement access adds $50 per visit. Main-floor access involving two or three entrance steps has no additional access charge.

Calmedi confirms access, availability, service area and delivery arrangements. Clear the bed location before delivery; our team does not move existing furniture. Preferred delivery dates are requests until confirmed.

Purchased accessories, including sheet sets, are charged separately. Ask Calmedi to confirm whether accessories can accompany the bed delivery and whether any additional charge applies.

Shipping rates depend on the order’s size, weight and destination. Review the charges at checkout.

Large, heavy or remote-area orders may require a separate quote. If an additional charge is necessary, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before shipment.

Contact us before ordering equipment requiring freight or special handling.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

Shipping is available for eligible products and destinations. Checkout rates or a confirmed quote apply.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges may be payable by the recipient unless expressly included. Product restrictions and customs processing may affect availability and delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Provide a complete, accurate address and contact details. Tell us promptly about corrections.

Carrier and appointment dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Contact us if an order is late, missing or damaged so we can investigate. Keep damaged packaging until the issue is assessed.

Any additional redelivery cost caused by an incorrect address or missed agreed appointment will be explained before arrangements are made.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund or other rights under applicable law.
