What is the return policy?

For eligible unused, unopened products in original packaging, contact Calmedi within 7 calendar days of receipt and obtain return authorization. Approved change-of-mind returns have a 25% restocking fee on the returned product’s actual purchase price before tax; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Many medical and personal-use products, large equipment, custom and special orders, and clearance items are final sale. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately. What are the shipping options?

Shipping charges depend on the product, order size and destination. Review the options and charges at checkout or contact Calmedi for equipment requiring a delivery or freight quote. Hospital-bed rental prices include the standard $250 delivery, setup and return-collection service; this standard service must not be charged again as shipping. Access charges are confirmed separately. Purchased accessories are separate; sheets selected with rental-bed delivery accompany the bed at no extra delivery charge. When will I receive my order?

Order processing times take an average of 3 business days (subject to item stock quantities). If your order is delayed we will reach out to you so you know exactly how long you have to wait!

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please have your order number and contact information ready, and give us a call or email! We will respond to you as soon as we can to make the situation right!

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please give us a call or write us an email with detailed information and pictures! We will be happy to offer replacements for defective items!

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The easiest way to make changes to your order is by giving us a call during regular business hours! We can work with you to make sure your order is exactly as you want it!
