Extensions, Early Returns, Cleaning and Damage

To request an extension, call Calmedi at 403-663-8777, extension 3, at least two business days before the return due date. Extensions are subject to availability and confirmation.

Rental charges are not refunded for equipment returned early or left unused.

Please return the hospital bed, mattress, rails and accessories clean and in good condition. Customers are responsible for damage occurring during the rental period. Cleaning, repair or replacement charges may apply after Calmedi inspects the returned equipment.
