Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Clear Policy Statement (Mandatory)
Due to the nature of medical, surgical, and personal care items, and in accordance with Alberta Health and Health Canada infection control standards, most items sold by Calmedi are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
General Return Window: We maintain a strict 24-hour return policy for eligible items, which means you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to request a return.
2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (High Priority Section)
The following items are NON-RETURNABLE (Final Sale) for hygienic, safety, or custom reasons:

ALL Personal Care and Hygiene Items: (e.g., Compression Stockings, Ostomy Products, Wound Care, Braces, Diapers).

ALL Medical/Rehabilitation Equipment: (e.g., Bathroom Equipment, Pressure Prevention items, Lift Chairs, Scooters, Power Chairs).

ALL Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): (Masks, Sanitizers, Gowns, Gloves).

Special Order Items, Custom Products, and Clearance/Sale Items.

Any item marked as non-returnable on its product page.

3. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)
To be eligible for a return (only on items specifically exempted above, such as clothing or durable equipment with a manufacturer defect guarantee), your item must be:

In the same, unused condition that you received it.

In its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at contactus@calmedi.com within the 24-hour window.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Fees and Restocking

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking charge equal to 40% of the invoice total.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a direct result of our error (you received a defective or incorrect item).
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contactus@calmedi.com within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
