TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to your use of www.calmedi.com and purchases or services from Calmedi Medical Supplies (“Calmedi”, “we”, “us”).

Read them together with the product information, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any applicable rental agreement.

PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT SELECTION

We aim to provide accurate product information. Images may be representative; colours and available configurations may vary as disclosed.

Confirm size, compatibility, included accessories and intended use before ordering.

Calmedi provides product-selection, fitting and equipment-use support. Website information does not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment or replace advice from your healthcare professional. Follow manufacturer instructions and any clinical advice relevant to you.

ORDERS, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and additional shipping or service charges are shown at checkout or in an agreed quote.

Availability and delivery appointments require confirmation. An automated order receipt acknowledges your request; it is not a guarantee of stock or a delivery date.

If a material pricing, description or availability error affects your order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product or impose an additional charge without your agreement. We may decline orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or cannot fulfill the order, subject to applicable law.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligible returns, final-sale products and applicable fees. Custom and special orders may be final sale.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to their terms. Contact Calmedi for assistance. These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, cancellation rights or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

RENTALS AND EQUIPMENT USE

Rentals are subject to confirmed availability and the applicable rental agreement.

Review the rental period, service charges, access requirements and return arrangements before booking.

Use equipment only as instructed. Stop using equipment if it appears damaged or does not operate correctly, and contact Calmedi for assistance.

Equipment-specific rental terms govern the agreed rental arrangements, subject to applicable law.

REPAIRS AND SERVICING

Repair work is subject to an assessment, parts availability and your authorization for the agreed work and charges.

An estimate is based on the information available at the time. If additional work or charges are needed, we will explain them and obtain your authorization before proceeding.

Repair completion dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. We will communicate material delays and contact you when equipment is ready for collection or delivery.

Repair and service records are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Any applicable service or parts warranty will be explained separately.

ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITE USE

Provide accurate order and contact information and protect your account credentials.

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, upload malicious content or infringe another person’s rights.

Website text, images and branding may not be reused commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISPUTES

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but access may occasionally be interrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Calmedi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or misuse.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses our failure to meet obligations imposed by law.

These terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
