MedSpec Ryno Lacer II

The MedSpec Ryno Lacer II is a wrist and thumb support with a lace closure, polypropylene felt liner, perforated suede exterior and memory foam padding at the palm and base of the thumb. Three aluminum stays at the dorsal, palmar and radial positions are removable. The manufacturer says a medical professional can bend the stays for a custom fit.

Fit and sizing

Measure around the wrist. The manufacturer’s wrist-circumference guide applies to the short and long versions:

• XXS/Pediatric: under 4¾ in
• XS: 4¾–5½ in
• Small: 5½–6¼ in
• Medium: 6¼–7 in
• Large: 7–7¾ in
• XL: 7¾–8½ in
