The GelFlex® significantly reduces excessive scarring at the incision site following carpal
tunnel surgery. The contoured polymer gel pad is formulated with a medical grade
mineral oil to improve the skin’s elasticity. Additionally, the GelFlex® Wrist protects
the incision site from external forces, thereby reducing discomfort caused by
hypersensitivity. The plastic palmar stay may be removed to allow for a progressive
treatment protocol.
