Product Description:
Povidone-iodine, the active ingredient in Betadine® products, is active against a wide variety of pathogens in vitro.
- An aqueous solution of 7.5% povidone-iodine
- For the preparation of the skin prior to surgery
- Film-foaming, non-staining, and water-soluble antiseptic for the preparation of the skin prior to surgery and injections
- Used for pre and postoperative skin and mucous membrane antisepsis
Patient preoperative skin preparation:
- For the preparation of the skin prior to surgery
- Helps reduce bacteria on the skin that can potentially cause infection
- Single-use only. Single-use may prevent extrinsic contamination
- Clean the operative site prior to surgery
- Apply product and allow to dry
- It may be covered with a bandage
- 1 - 450ml Bottle per.
