- Simply lift the two sides of the flip-lock cable cups. Insert the cable plug through the hole (from the bottom). Then push down on the cable cups until they click into their secured position under the cable plug. 

The patented Quick Flip Handle design allows the user to quickly interchange the cable from one resistance level to another with a few simple flips and clicks.

Interchangeable design; use with 10lbs to 100lbs resistance cables.
