• Do routine visits to retirement homes within 10 KMs to do free fittings of stockings for more than two clients
• AADL authorized orders delivered and fitted for no charge
• All ongoing incontinent supplies delivered for no charge

Our Policies:

• Homecare: Due to health regulations, there will be strictly no refunds on orthopedic supports, footcare products, compression stockings or medical and surgical supplies.

Insurance Billing:

• Clients will have to pay for medical supplies and then submit their receipt to their insurer for reimbursement.

Online Purchases:

• We will not ship to P.O. Box addresses
• We will deliver to any street address in Canada
• We will tell you the cost before shipping so you can be sure of what you are required to pay
• Initial Aids to Daily Living requests must be made in person. Clients are referred to us via filling of authorization form
• In most cases we will deliver supplies authorized by the "Authorizer" at no cost to the clients
• Once you are registered with us you can re-order online
• We strongly recommend our clients to visit to our store for proper fitting or counsel regarding use
• Eligible items returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for refund
• After 15 days items returned may not qualify for refunds or will be subject to a restocking fee.
